Oil Tan Delta & Resistivity Test System Model:DF9010

Oil Dissipation Factor & Resistivity Test System, based on 14 international standards and 10 languages, Model DF9010 is designed to measure insulating oil Tan-delta/Dissipation-Factor & its resistance at the specific conditions.

Introduction:

Transformer oil (also known as insulating oil) is widely used in oil-filled electrical power aparatus to insulate, stop arcing and corona discharge, and to dissipate the heat of the transformer.

The main hazards of insulating oil are oxidation, contamination, and excessive temperature.

Humidity and polar contaminants could be detected by oil tan delta, and Resistivity is particularly useful for used oil, such as contaminants of oxidation, metal compounds, aldehydes, ketones and alcohols;

High temperature Tan Delta tests are more sensitive to small changes that occur in oil characteristics. That is why Oil Tan Delta need to be tested at ambient and high temperatures. As per IEC 60247, it is ambient 25°C and 90 °C.

Description:

DF9010 is a laboratory instrument designed to measure oil tan delta, resistance and relative permittivity at the specific conditions as below:

Oil tan delta is tested with test voltage is up to 2000Vac and test temperature range: 20℃~ 110 ℃; Resistance and permittivity is tested with test voltage is up to 500Vdc.

Besides, 8 test standards are pre-installed to supply with standard test sequences, including IEC60247, ASTM D924, BS 5737, VDE 0380-2, JIS C2101,etc.

Each test provides a piece of information about the sampled oil under test. Compose them together you will get one complete and valuable oil condition picture.
