-Test objects are changed. Maybe increase new types or specimen's specifications changed. Bigger capacity, Higher voltage, Large current, Higher accuracy required;

-Changes in test standards, test methods, and test environment;

-A set of equipment, their lifetime of different components are different. For example, electronic equipment needs to be replaced earlier;

-Software updated;

-Old equipment is out of date since the customer requirements are changed;
