Smart LV shunt Capacitor to be in series with dry reactor, the module is mainly used for reactive power compensation in serious 3 or 5 times harmonic field.

Description:

Smart LV shunt Capacitor to be in series with dry reactor, the module is mainly used for reactive power compensation in serious harmonic field.

In series with 6%~7% reactance ratio's reactor, the module is suitable for the electrical system where the main harmonic is 5 times; In series with 12%~13% reactance ratio's reactor, the module is suitable for the electrical system where the main harmonic is 3 times.

Simple understand, the module is one of single-tuned passive filter.


To be composed of:

The module consists of smart measure & control unit, high-power thyristor, dry reactor and LV filter capacitor.

    Smart capacitors can be controlled by extra Var compensation controller, or simple networking by RS485;

    A lot of smart capacitor could be worked in parallel. One network is generated automatically, in which the one with the smallest address code is the host and the others are subsidiaries;

    One or some subsidiaries are quitted automatically when they fall. The other subsidiaries could work normally;

    Once the host is quitted, another new host will be generated from its subsidiaries. 

  • Displays & Indications

    Displaying the reactive power, system power factor, voltage, current, capacitor current, harmonic distortion rate, capacitor capacity, temperature in the capacitor, on-line number and so on.

    Displaying switching status, capacitor fault information, communication status.

  • Dry-type

    Solid materials and processing, smart capacitor has unique advantages. antiflaming, leakproof, environmental, suitable for transportation;

Order Information:

Module SCF-5 is used for 5 times harmonic suppression; and Module SCF-3 is used for 3 times harmonic suppression;
